A custom order for an Icon corner of family saints . The made to order pieces of the 5+1 saints are
- Saint John of Shanghai
- St Matushka Olga of Alaska
- St Lucia of Syracuse
- Holy Prophet and King David
- Saint Ia of Ireland and Cornwall
- Saint Ita (already painted measuring 12x30cm with a handcarved frame and 22K halo) as in the gallery pic
The materials for the mini byzantine icons are the following:
Materials
- A specially prepared plywood panel 12×14 cm approx and 9mm thick (or 4,7×5,5 inches)
- Egg tempera.
- Varnish and shellac
- A hanger on the back
- Gift packaging
Method and timing
The Icon corner of family saints, will be based on the previous email communication with the commisioner of the worl. The paintings will be executed with the traditional Eggtempera technique, and then sealed with varnish to create a piece that will last for generations. The time needed for the completion of the order is one month. Pictures will be send at the beginning and the end of the painting process.
Shipping
Will be made with first priority registered mail and may also last a couple of weeks depending your location. The icon comes carefully packaged as gift together with some mini extras from our shop
