The Visitation in a Pebble. An incident from the life of the Virgin Mary. It is the point where St Elisabeth rushes to embrace the Holy Mother. The image is painted in a beach pebble from the shores of Crete.

The beach rocks were found on the beach sketched with a simple pencil. Then they were hand- painted with mineral powders and the type of glue that we use for fresco painting creating a very shiny and durable medium.
